My approach to psychotherapy considers the work to be a collaborative process that is tailored to your individual needs. I aim to provide a supportive environment in which you are able to increase self-awareness, enhance personal strengths, develop skills, and connect more deeply with yourself and with others. I treat the whole person, including mind, body, and spirit, utilizing empirically-based and often integrative interventions including Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Health Behavior Interventions, Mindfulness, and other modalities as they are clinically indicated.
